Next week - Holy Week

Next week is Holy Week and on Thursday morning, all classes will participate in the Living Stations of Cross performed by the Grade 7 class. Each class will move from station to station (outside, around the parish center) as the Gr 7's narrate Jesus' journey. All parents/grandparents are welcome to join us - we are scheduled to begin at 9:15am. 

In the afternoon, the school will have a Holy Thursday retreat and our students (in groups) will be rotating between the primary classes every 10 minutes. It will be a great afternoon of reflecting on Jesus' sacrifices for us and the true meaning of Easter.

School Uniform for Girls
1. Winter uniform (navy school pants ) can only be worn from Oct 15th to Feb 28th.
2. Summer uniform (navy skort) can only be worn from April 15th to Sept 30th.
At this time, girls should be wearing their school tunics with proper blouses (with collars). Please refer to the Parent Handbook, found on our school website, if you need further clarification.

 

PRECIOUS BLOOD PARISH ANNUAL GOLF CLASSIC: join us on Thurs. June 5, 2014 at Hazelmere Golf & Country Club. This fundraising event supports the NEW CLASSROOM PROJECT at Cloverdale Catholic School. Registration is $125 per person & includes a Steak BBQ & lots of fun. Or join us for dinner for $45.
