Opportunities for Family Service Hours

Do you need more service hours? Consider these options below...

1. The PEC is looking for a Volunteer to assist with managing the remaining Unimax uniform inventory. This will be an ongoing volunteer position and duties will include keeping a list of uniform pieces and assisting with the sale of remaining inventory. This volunteer opportunity will count towards your Family Service Hours. Please contact Caroline Fuchs at carolinefuchs@shaw.ca for more information or if you would like to volunteer.

2. There is a volunteer opportunity for parents who would like to complete some family services hours at home. This volunteer opportunity involves purchasing a photo album (cost will be reimbursed) and placing photos in the album. The box of photos is in the school office, please see the office for more information and to volunteer!

3. Our great sports field is needing aeration so if you have access to equipment please contact Mr. Klaponski at mklaponski@ccsunited.ca


4. Scholastic Book Fair
Mrs. Mahussier is looking for a few parents who are willing to take on running the Scholastic Book Fair. She is looking for someone who will be the Chairperson-who co-ordinates helpers to set up, run and take down the Book Fair.


It is not difficult-Scholastic sends a Chairperson set up package with step by step instructions. It's a fun way to get your Family Service Hours and a tremendous help to our school library in gaining new books! Please let Mrs. Mahussier know as soon as possible if you are willing to help.
